How fast will I get my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 – 15 business days. International orders arrive anywhere between 15 – 25 business days.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped in 2 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

Orders are shipped from Southern California.

Can I return my order?

At BuzzerPrices we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase should it meet the requirements on our Returns Page.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be applied to my order?

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). 


How do I create a return?

When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

 

Can I change my order?

While we can't make changes to orders that have already been placed, we can cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped. A new order can then be placed with any necessary changes. Please contact us for assistance.
